On 12/14/25 approx. 5:35PM ordered One 12" Perfect Pepperooni Pizza and Entree Dad's Salad. Arrived at Farrell's drive up pickup station 15 minutes early.. Called in 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time, Farrell's said the order would be right out. Waited in car till 6:05 way past pickup time. Went inside, and sat for another 15 minutes at pick up door, finally someone asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, order number 136 and I called in and pick-up time...read full review
