Large order of fries not even half filled the box. Ordered a double cheese burger with bacon. Didn't put bacon on it. McChicken was cold. Also waited 30 minutes when I ordered through the app. With the reviews of this place someone needs to shut it down.

The managers I believe her name was Nayeli was really rude after they messed up my order. I was being nice even though they were being rude. Need to have a little better customer service skills.

We felt neglected. Tables were cluttered with trash; the trash cans were full; the ordering kiosk was out of receipt paper; the burgers were dry. The people at the next table said their order took 1/2 hour. Won't be going back.

Another ruined location. Where's the drink machine? And why are McDonald's embracing drab, boring, and uncomfortable interior design? I won't be back.

took 25 minutes to get my curbside order and I had to go inside to get it otherwise I would've been waiting longer, the cars parked next to me were waiting just as long if not longer. all while drive was clearly moving. this wasn't them being busy, workers are lazy

Staff spilled Coke on me, the table and floor ... then walked away. Did not even clean the table. Staff then offered free pie. Did not eat it. You know what he could have done with that pie given that he didn't even bother to clean up the spill he made.
