This Starbucks has been a regular stop off for me for years. Lately they give complete preference to the drive through. I waited 20 minutes on a previous visit. Last time I resorted to getting in my car and going through the drive through to get them to make my coffee. They were unpleasant. Last visit for me!

I'm not a fan of the coconut ? milk latte. (I hadn't tried coconut as a latte until then and won't be revisiting it unless it's made different) That's part of the two stars, the other is because of the limited parking that we faced on that super busy morning.

Incredible customer service! I missed the ordering panel at the drive-through on my way up to Seattle, and one of the baristas - a young dude with semi-long curly hair - ran out and was at my car roughly by the time I realized I'd screwed up. I was so impressed that I stopped in on the way back (and went inside this time), and Min - another barista - was a total ray of sunshine. I feel like you probably get made fun of by your coworkers if you get called a total ray of sunshine, but it's true, Min was a delight. As for the food and bev, they were 5/5 on the standard scale of Starbucks food and bev.
