Incredible customer service! I missed the ordering panel at the drive-through on my way up to Seattle, and one of the baristas - a young dude with semi-long curly hair - ran out and was at my car roughly by the time I realized I'd screwed up. I was so impressed that I stopped in on the way back (and went inside this time), and Min - another barista - was a total ray of sunshine. Min is THE best!!! Super kind, understanding, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. My sister and I get drinks at this location all the time and last week our drinks were incorrect but Min really went above and beyond to fix it for us. I really appreciated the customer service and will be back! Thanks again, Min!! :)
