The baristas here have known me by name for over a year now. They go above and beyond to make a connection, and have always greeted me and gone above and beyond. For example, I thought my app had put my purchase in but it glitched, so arriving I had no coffee waiting. I had to get going because of work (I work in the same parking lot-ish), so I told them I would be back on break. Instead, the barista hopped on, made my usual, and had me re-submit my app order. Stopped on the way to Seattle. Relatively new location, very modern and clean. It's near the Joint Bases of Fort Lewis and McCord so they do a great job of honoring our soldiers. The staff was also friendly. Nice stop!Parking: Small lot for their location.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables with wheelchair accessibility!

Jason was the nicest! I came by with my kids and he suggested different customizations for all of us. He was so friendly and the drinks were awesome! I'm so grateful for a smiling, friendly face and a great coffee!! He's an absolute treasure.
