We go to this location pretty often, but recently there's been a shift in quality of the preparation of drinks. Not only did they make one of our drinks incorrectly in our last visit despite the order being taken correctly, they also absolutely crammed ice into our iced coffee. Was gone in three sips. Please don't rip us off like this in the future. I paid $5 and wanted coffee, not ice.
I’ll start by saying I’m a former Starbucks Partner so I know the intricacies of working behind the counter. That said, I go to this location once or twice a week. I wasn’t going to post a review since this is my preferred store but the last three times I have been in, I’ve been ignored behind the counter. This morning, there were at least five partners behind the counter and no one came to take my order for several minutes. The previous time I waited almost ten minutes....
