Wow!! Just Wow!! This is the best BBQ we’ve had in a very long time. Tin Hut was at Fierce Cider so we decided to stay and try them out. The Brisket was literally the best I’ve ever had. Everything else we ordered was perfect!! Don’t miss them!

This is the eorst excuse for bbq possible. If you brag about being the “best”, you need to live up to it. First, let me say service is amazing. Past that, it is horrible. You pay $4 for a side that is a large spoonful and comes from a can. First red flag is that you do not smell food cooking. It’s heated in microwave and canned everything. Dry. Cheese for nachos is canned processed cheese that quickly hardens. Will never go back

Absolutely awful, so bad it's impressive. The pulled pork was pretty dry and flavorless. However, the "brisket" is what really impressed- a masterful fusion of the texture of dry pine needles and playdough that has been left without a lid for an entire year.
The sides were all canned, sad, soggy, gloopy, disasters.
It's truly a fear of culinary debauchery that they were able to screw up BBQ this bad.

The chopped brisket was perfect. It was juicy and flavorful. The workers were very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and very clean. Will be eating here more often.

Be advised that the "lighter fare" option is *extremely* light, and is in fact just one single rib. For $12 before tax and tip, I really expected at least 2 ribs. I know prices are high in DuPont, but the menu option even uses the plural form of the word (see screenshot). This wording implies more than one. Once you subtract the bone, I received maybe a couple ounces of meat, with a little bit of corn and a slice of toast.
They really need to specify the amount of meat you're getting if they're going to offer menu options with this little meat. I understand this menu option is named "lighter fare", but I never would have imagined I'd be receiving one single rib for $15 out the door.
My wife and I had Tin Hut cater our wedding last Friday and it was amazing. The servers Tin Hut sent were respectful, knowledgeable, and truly just wanted to make our special day as easy as possible. Frank was very helpful with coordinating the logistics and ensuring everything was on time. On top of all that, the wedding guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. I would highly recommend using them for any event you need catered, they will not disappoint.
