I'm not really sure about the 5 stars. I didn't eat here. I bought a take out pie. Cherry pie. It's was delicious, it was ready when they said it would be and the hostess was friendly. So for the interaction I had with them, it was a 5 star experience.
I ordered this to-go while staying at a nearby hotel. I ordered one of the platter meals, with french toast, eggs, and bacon. It was very good, exactly what you would expect for a diner meal. I would eat here again, they do have very good pie.

Shari's does not have any gluten free bread product, although it would be simple for them to add one. I write them a comment about it every time. They have a vegetarian breakfast, as long as you want eggs. No point in going for lunch or dinner. No veggie burger, no vegetarian salad, no decent substitutes. Service also tends to be slow.
