“Hands down the best food in the Wenatchee Valley. Authentic, fresh, beautiful flavors. Wonderful service. (Ask for help if you don't know the dishes. They helped use pick just the right dishes for us!) I can't believe there is not a line out the door.“

“Magnificent experience as always at one of my favorite eateries in Central Washington. We like to come here after a hike and it's always filling and fulfilling. I usually get the beet pizza, but this time I got the pappardelle pasta with sweet potatoes and smoked salmon and it was so delicious. Very tasty and chock full of vegetables and salmon in a lovely cream sauce. Very satisfying. The watermelon mint slushy is also delicious and refreshing. I love the atmosphere inside, very rustic and cozy and friendly and hopping! We've had an especially good time in the little outside area though, with the server bringing a blanket and hot water bottle on a chilly late winter afternoon. Great service, except this time it wasn't quite up to par, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. She was nice but not very attentive. “This was a just by happenstance find. This is just a wonderful place for breakfast. The service was friendly and fast. The food was excellent. A very nice and cozy place. The other customers were friendly & you could tell that they were regulars. They made recommendations. Whe I am in the area...this is where I want to come for breakfast.“

“My daughter and I love to come here for lunch and coffee. The food choices are good and a little off the beaten path, which I appreciate (not the same old sandwiches). It can get busy, depending on the time and day, but that's just Pybus market. It's kind of like having an extra living room. Okay, a busy one sometimes. The staff are great and work really hard. “Pretty cool place with lots of stuff on the wall to look at.The menu on the wall is a little overwhelming at first glance, but it's easy to follow once you focus down a little.Food was decent. On flavor alone, the food was pretty good. But the cost was a little steep for flavor and portion.I could see coming back for a Traveler of some kind or a pizza. “My first time at Pybus and I knew this is exactly where I wanted to eat. Started off with the sampler appetizer and that green sauce is out of this world. A mixture of corn and flour chips fresh fried! Guacamole is fresh and flavorful, salsa verde was a stand out also. I had the sweet potato enchiladas as an entree and it was had a warm, spicy flavor. Service was great and I had a view of the whole market.“

The barista seemed to actually enjoy working here, which makes me want to support the business even more.The bags of whole coffee beans are arranged neatly and the names of each blend are clearly visible. My one complaint in this area is the roast level is either hard to find, they only offer dark roasts, or it's entirely possible I overlooked it on the several bags I studied. Making the roast level and tasting notes more apparent would give me a better idea of what bag to buy. I'd like to buy a roast I know I like to determine if I truly like the beans offered vs buying a (personally) less preferable roast and still being unsure if I don't like the beans or just the roast.Great place to stop in for coffee. “What a fantastic place ! If you’re visiting Wenatchee and want a quick Thai fix go here - this is surprisingly amazing !I got Tom kha chicken soup and a kids meal togo. The attention to detail shows when you get a plastic bag of soup with a cardboard base added so it doesn’t tip. The soup was perfectly tangy and nutty. The chicken nuggets were hot and fries were crisp. 15 mins later we were so full and much happier family !! And we got some leftovers for the evening as well. 5/5“

“First time visiting and was very impressed. I personally have not gone to a Vietnamese restaurant before this one. I was i.presswd at the different flavors of foods I thought I knew. I did play it safe since it was my first time. I ordered the orange chicken bowl, but I was able to sample a bit of what everyone ordered. I enjoyed it very much. It was a busy little place, but the service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I recommend the Spring Lotus to anyone wanting a new choice or a family fave in Wenatchee, Wa.“
