We stopped at the public market to walk the river and stretch our legs on our 7 hour drive back home from Spokane. We chose SOUTH to grab a snack.
We didn't have a big appetite so we ordered guacamole with chips and salsa.
Everything was rich in color and smell.
I really enjoyed the mix of flour and perfectly seasoned corn chips. Both the red and green salsa choices were delicious. The guacamole was a little chunky, as it should be.

Most of the food we ordered was flavorful and delicious, except beans were a little dry. Lots of vegetarian options. Cocktails were a little steep in price compared to everything else. Great location inside the public market with outdoor seating. Very attentive service.
5 star! Best restaurant in the valley! Best food in the valley by far!
