The Huck at Pybus Reviews
I ordered the southwest bowl and a salted caramel vanilla latte with cold foam on top. I cook my own meals from scratch at home so I am picky about food when I go out to eat. Huckleberry North hit it absolutely out of the park with some of the best food I have ever eaten. Everything was perfectly cooked with the right amount of each ingredient. Service was very good as well. Cami was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
Best meatloaf sandwich my husband ever has had. My marionberry waffle was absolutely on point. Add on fast and amazing service! Easy 10 out of 10. Good enough we’d make the 4 hour trip from home just for the food.
Two pieces of pie. Two cups of coffee. Modest tip. $36. Not gunna do that again.

The Huck at Pybus is a restaurant located in the market with a cute, adorable decor featuring vintage looking seats, unique water glasses, and bright patterned cloth napkins. The high ceilings bring the noise up, so it is not loud. The food is great, with breakfast being the bomb. Large portions and great variety are offered. The Huck burger was literally the best burger ever, with a side of amazing clam chowder and in-house jam that was divine. The one egg breakfast is the perfect amount of food, with one egg, 2 pieces of bacon, a thick piece of French toast, and warm syrup. The Lavender mimosa is delicious. Some dishes like the farmer’s Benedict, oatmeal, and avocado toast are excellent, but the biscuits and gravy were tasteless and floury. The omelette was good but a bit salty. The crispiest french fries and fried fish from the fish and chips are outstanding. Service is kind and incredible, though one visit involved a female server ignoring customers during a shift change, leaving an off feeling. Overall, this place is the breakfast hub of Wenatchee.
