Went on a Sunday morning, so the Huck at Pybus was busy. The waitress was on the ball! Love the repurposing of old doors as the boundry of the cafe inside the market. I had the Pig and Vine Omelet. Yes, I ate vegetables! It was delicious. Perfectly prepared hash browns balanced this dish beautifully. Pro tip: ask for the Chipoltle tobasco. It was so good it was all I ate that day. I can't wait to go back!
Always fun, interesting, and relational. The merchants and and small crafters are wonderfully unique and interactive. We've tried almost every Cafe and Eatery with a 4's and 5's out of 5 for quality!
The Huck burger was actually literally the best burger I’ve ever had, and the side of clam chowder was amazing. So good, the jam was made in house and just divine. 10/10 quality and service. The lady who took our order was so sweet. I will definitely be coming back 🤩
