One of my most memorable meals in recent memory. This intimate restaurant goes above and beyond to make special food coming from a place of perspective, freshness and authenticity. I truly cannot wait to return.
We had such a wonderful experience at Houlme. I found the food to be inventive, flavorful and a beautiful homage to island produce.
We are vegetarians, so we enjoyed that the menu had some fantastic options for us. The carrots, Kale salad and “autumn things” are what we started with. The “autumn things” was so uniquely delicious and one of the best dishes i have had in awhile.

Houlme provided an intimate, cozy atmosphere that boasted an incredible selection of wines and a small menu bursting with flavor. Our service was so kind and present. If you're visiting, make sure to make your reservation- we will be dreaming about this place until we're able to make another trip. Also, dont pass on dessert. It was incredible.
