Outstanding food. Don't be distracted by the pizza. It's good too, but the other dishes are extraordinary. Reservations fill up fast. We got there a half hour before they opened, and a line formed behind us.
I think I found my favorite thin crust pizza in the PNW! The crust is done perfectly- thin yet not flimsy, low density, good char and air bubbles. The phenomenal pizza plus creative farm to table offerings, lovely atmosphere, and great service made this a fantastic dining experience during a day trip to the island. The prices were considerably lower than Seattle prices, too!
We were there in Jan 2026. The sandwich with pistachio tahini was sublime. The texture and flavor of that pistachio tahini was delightful.
We also enjoyed a beet salad. Each bite was saturated with flavor; from the cumin dusted pumpkin seeds to the vinegared asparagus. The dressing enhanced everything without drowning the salad.
We will come back here every time we visit the island.
