After it took a while to receive the bill, the waitress said she’d forgotten to add two drinks and asked to redo it; I understand it was a busy time of day, but at that point just comp the drinks.

their meals were well portioned and very flavorful. love that they partner with the bakery down the road and serve their bread for toast. the atmosphere was nice, but if you get seated next to the patio door, expect to be blasted with cold air the entire meal.
First we stopped by for brunch yesterday. We were told that the wait would be 20-25 minutes which was fine. It was one of the only brunch places open in the area and we were excited about the menu. We put our names in and walked around until we got a text to come about 30 minutes later. When we got back we were seated but no one came to our table for another 15 minutes. When they did come they told us they were out of half the menu. For this experience we would give a 1/5 stars. This information should have been communicated beforehand since it included 2 out of our 3 meals we were going to get. However, they were very apologetic and did give us a $25 gift card. They told us they would be fully stocked this evening and we ended up going back for dinner. The dinner was good (pricy and small) but good! However the appetizers were only okay and the service was bad. We kept on having to flag down the waiter to order, get refills, get extra napkins and get the bill. Based on the two experiences I had, I would not recommend this place.

Came here while visiting Orcas Island and ordered the brown bear bread, salmon, and scallops.
The bread basket was very good, fresh local bread made down the street, highly recommended for an appetizer.
Salmon with lentils was good. Lentils and mushrooms were cooked very well. My only complaint is the salmon was a little dry and the cucumber sauce on top didn't add much to it, could have added more flavor to it.
The scallops were cooked very well, nice and tender but not overcooked. Mushrooms tasted great and seared nicely. Mashed potatoes were decent.
Overall a good spot for dinner, expect good food but nothing over the top. Tab bit expensive as well, for two people ended up being over $100.

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Place is really cute, specially if seated at the balcony. Food is good, not amazing, but decent quality. I got the smoked salmon and expected the raw one but it was cooked (I thought it was overcooked). Friends got eggs Benedict and omelettes and were happy with their choices. They could have more options of coffee rather than drip. Our food also took a look time to come, they seemed a bit understaffed.
