Seabird is our favorite pastry spot on the island! Hands down. We go almost every Saturday and purchase multiple items — because one is never enough, and literally every single one looks so delicious every week. We have been frequenting this spot for almost as long as she’s been around and we have yet to meet something we do not love. My favorites are all of the savory danishes and every one of the stuffed donuts. ♥️♥️
Seabird is the kind of place that makes Orcas Island so special. Small batch, creative, and lovingly homemade doughnuts and pastries. Truly some of the best treats I’ve had anywhere in the world. Galette and doughnuts are not to be missed!

Seabird Bakeshop is easily the highlight of my week. Both the savory and sweet danishes are amazing! So flaky and always the perfect amount of sweet. Also the corn cookie is a must try!! So much intention and love goes into each pastry. I look forward to it every Saturday!
