Bruno's Family Restaurant & Bar

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I did not authorize a tip on this transaction. My meal total was $28.64, and that is the only amount I approved. I intentionally left no tip because the service was terrible.
Afterward, I received a notification that my payment had been updated to include a tip I never authorized. That is dishonest and completely unacceptable. I will dispute the charge with my bank

We love Brunos its our favorite breakfast place to go, its local, and we absolutely LOVE Melony she is always happy to see is, and we adore her, everyone else is great also!!!!

Seated right away. Fast service. Server was nice, she checked up on us. Owner conversated with us and made us feeled welcomed.

This is a family friendly place to eat. The food is good and the staff is friendly. It is very busy and at time food wait can take a while. It is a bit expensive and the atmosphere is kinda loud at times. But all in all not a bad place to visit

The atmosphere was fine. The service was unfriendly and the food was overpriced and not as advertised on the menu. I would not return.

Was told to seat ourselves, then after sitting there for 5 mins already with no menu we had to ask for them. It wasn't even that busy. Our waitress said that she didn't see us there when we actually did see her look at us twice. We then sat for over 20 minutes to get our check, didn't see the waitress again since she dropped the food off. We knew that she was still there because she was crashing out about another table walking out on their check. Im sure they got fed up with waiting too.

I had the best bacon blue cheese burger of my life last night. The bacon was thick and crispy, the bun perfectly toasted, the onions sliced nice and thin, the lettuce was fresh and unwilted with just the right amount for freshness and crunch. Best of all, they didn’t skimp on the blue cheese. The beef patty was perfectly cooked. The flavors and textures were AMAZING. If you ever get a hankering for an out-of-this-world bacon blue cheese burger, try Bruno’s in Eatonville. I am so glad we stopped by. It is about an hour drive for me, but I will be back because it was sooooo worth it!

Great salads, I ordered the half Oriental salad minus the tangerine and they accidentally gave me a whole salad but still charged me for a half salad.

Really yummy food and great service! They are so nice and really fast! The milkshake was huge and delicious 😋 they even gave me a flower for mothers day 💕 amazing place to eat!

Melanie is a fresh of breath air. Sorry got my words all mixed up after that excellent service she gave us. If I were to define the service in one word or less it would be “indescribable”. She is FAMOUS guys. Worth the trip from Seattle to see her. God bless her soul 🫡
