Picked up a prescheduled online order after work and got the family meal. I got brisket and ribs for the meat choices. It was excellent. Some of the best brisket I have had in a while. I waited a little bit for them to finish the order but only because they wanted to give me some of the freshly smoked brisket. Which I appreciated so much. As someone who spent much of their life in Texas and Oklahoma, I can confirm this place is legit barbecue! EVERYTHING was delicious, including the sides and especially that cornbread with honey! Massive chunks of brisket were well cooked and flavorful. Everything came out fast. Highly recommend for delicious food that won’t take a massive chunk out of your day after a long hike at Rainier!
We got the family dinner, claims to feed four and left 3/4 of our group full and satisfied.The pulled pork and coleslaw were bland and flavorless. The brisket and baked beans were the star of the show. I’d give the cornbread with honey butter, Mac n cheese and baked potato salad 3.5/5.
