“A classic Seattle institution, filled with memories and friendly ghosts. We enjoyed the art, vibes, smells, and ambience. Long live Beth's!“

“This unique diner offers a delightful atmosphere and aesthetic. The friendly staff and delicious mimosas make it worth the visit. The Caprese omelette was filling and delicious, while the chicken fried steak was large but well-done. The fresh daily biscuits were excellent. The coffee came in a large soup mug, and the Irish coffee was good. The booths are fixed in place, so it’s not ideal for larger bodies. We recommend it and will return, though my partner might skip the chicken fried steak. I’ll definitely get the Caprese omelette again.“

“This place is amazing! The place was buzzing and super busy but you didn't feel like it. We got seated super fast, food came out fast and piping hot and our server was very attentive and nice. The food came in huge portions and everything was very delicious, like it came from your grandma's kitchen. The jam was was what everyone strives to have their strawberry freezer jam taste like. We will for sure be back!“

“We came here for a brunch that absolutely hit the spot. As we were looking at the menu & discussing our plans to get scones for the road, the gentleman running the counter offered to have fresh ones ready for us after we ate. Excellent service & great food!“

“Food was amazing. Spicy Pablano Omelette... Melty cheese... A large portion.. enough for 2. Get the Flavored Pancakes as a side... Essentially two full meals... The price was moderate...I mean It is Seattle. Service.. 😑 English wasn't their first language, so a part of my order wasn't accurate. It's IHOP...“

“Very cute mom and pop type breakfast diner. Service was quiet and considerate, and was greeted almost immediately upon entering. I was offered coffee or water (not sure if there were other options) and a menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Being from the south, I had high hopes for this dish. The eggs were amazing and only needed a little salt and pepper. The scones in the entree were a little grainy but overall very nice. And the gravy was well seasoned. I would have loved if sausage gravy was an option, but I know that is a personal preference. Overall, I believe I may have found my new favorite breakfast spot.“

“I don't know what's happening to ihop. Still a great place to get pancakes still a good place to go for lunch or dinner. Usually very quiet not overly packed which is nice. Stuff with friendly food was good . Visit your local IHOP to keep them in business. Oh and the Everett location has a walk of window if you order it to go. Or for Uber Food Drivers or other companies. Great little wages to walk up to the window and get your food and walk back off to your car“

“We we’re greeted promptly and quickly seated which is rare these days. Our waiter was Andrew and he also attended to us promptly and was kind from the start. My wife had the Nutella crepes and biscuits with peppered gravy. She rarely will finish her serving but did this time. (I helped with a biscuit) I had the lumberjack omelette with Pelican special potatoes. I’ll say one thing about the food. We’ve been here 6 months and that’s the best meal I’ve had including 3 of the local steakhouse’s. We will return, and my wife left a generous tip! Kudos to the chef.“
