“Comfortable restaurant where the locals seem to. Service was friendly. Portions were large but they split an omelet onto two plates for us. Food was tasty. Try the fresh queezed orange juice! Patty's is small, but we timed it perfectly on a mid-morning Tuesday. Have been back several times, highly recommend.“
“Paige was our server and was great. Everyone was helpful and polite. They have a good team. My family normally goes here, and now I can see why. Thanks for the good food and time.Parking: Not a lot of spots by the restaurant on Sunday when it is busy. I think there were more in the back. Might need to drop off your guests/family and park.“
“Extremely friendly service and absolutely delicious food. The waffles are fresh made and you can’t go wrong with a breakfast sandwich made out of two of them.Parking: Small lot for the shopping complex so you may have to resort to street parking.“
“Cozy little cafe, can get pretty busy on weekends. The staff is always great, they make an effort to make everyone feel welcome. The food is good, and comes in fairly generous portions. I really enjoy their country fried steak, and cream of cauliflower soup when they have it.“
“We went here for a weekend brunch. Join waitlist online or else be prepared for longer queue at the cafe.Service was quick and nice. Menu has wide selection of items. We had Triple Fruit French Toast and Veggie Omelette. Both are too good. Quality and quantity is worth the price you pay for. Decent options for vegetarian food. Restaurant is kid friendly and they have exclusive kids menu.Parking is plenty. This cafe is located in MCTC, so no trouble finding parking.“
“AMAZING. You might think, is a biscuit reallyyyy worth $15? The answer for the Spanish Fly is absolutely, definitely yes. A deliciously symphony marrying the buttery, flaky biscuit, the creaminess of the manchego, perfectly runny yoke dancing with the aioli, cut through by the arugula and a hint of spice—can’t wait to come back again for this!! While the buttermilk biscuit with fig honey was simple yet delicious, plan to try the biscake upgrade to satisfy my sweet tooth.“
“We are proud patrons of village square cafe. This diner fits in Redmond so perfectly with its cycle theme. To top it off it has a cute vintage 1950’s diner vibe! The staff here are so friendly and warm. I’ve had a few of their menu items but my favorite is their avocado toast with a side of berry blintz crepes! Their food is always consistent with their flavor, quantity and presentation. In addition to their regular menu and all day breakfast they offer daily specials. Sometimes when it’s peak hours there can be long waits so prepare for that. Luckily they offer a waitlist service online. Very family friendly! Don’t forget to try their cinnamon buns as big as your head!“
“Seattle’s best late night staple. They’ve been getting back on their feet after their Covid pause and I noticed their hours getting longer. This is the same traditional diner everyone remembers and loves. I love living so close to a spot that’s open most hours of the day! 10/10, thanks for amazing service no matter the rush!“
“Cool vibe, steer parking on a bit busy street. The sandwich was good but Dahlia’s has a better version of it tbh! They tastes similar.I got it spicy but …it wasn’t spicy? It was as spicy as ketchup is spicy tbh, it was less spicy than a hot Cheetos so idk why they call it spicy.I came here bc of Infatuations breakfast sandwich list !“
“I have been to the Sammamish and the Redmond and wanted to try the Woodinville one. I usually prefer only French toasts and this place didnt disappoint me :) I went for the tri fruit French toast and liked it and liked it even better with my coffee cups being filled frequently. Service is also good even on a crowded sunday morning. I would be eating only french toast and nothing but french toast and would be visiting this place again.Parking: I went pretty late for a breakfast and found parking. So not sure about parking during peak hours - 7 Am to 8 AM onwards“
“Wanted to grab a decent breakfast before heading into work. Found this place on google maps and saw they had gluten free French toast. My friend has gluten allergies so based on that we came here.I am blown away by the food! Everything was not only delicious, the portions were huge for the price! I had the Peter bowl, my friend had the gluten free French toast, and my husband had the banana Nutella crepes. If you are a fan of breakfast and in the area, you are doing yourself a disservice by NOT Coming here! Definitely come here and get yourself some A-Mazing food!Update: we ate here again for breakfast and they food was still delicious!!“
“Great local place to take the family for a Sunday brunch. We had a party of 6 and didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes. Service was good, friendly and efficient. Food was yummy and coffee was good too. We had leftovers for 2 meals so the value was even better!Vegetarian options: Easy to find some meals that are veggie option, lots of egg dishes, pancakes and french toast too!Parking: Lots of space to park as it shares with a grocery store.“
“I recently went to the CapHill IHOP and was disappointed with my overall experience. With that in mind, I didn’t think this IHOP would be much better but I was craving some breakfast foods so I gave it a shot. I mean, can’t ask for more from this place. Super friendly staff, quick service, delicious and well put-together food and super clean interior/bathroom. Felt like I was at a local small-town diner rather than a IHOP. Great experience and I’ll be coming here from now on!“
“Must try pancakes at Bellevue!! I tried full stacked pancakes and full english breakfast. Both were amazing. The service time was real quick and the attendant was very helpful and suggested of tiramisu pancakes which was the highlight of the restaurant. The place is inside Hyatt and there is a public parking nearby.“
“We had our wedding bunch here. We let them know we were coming about a week before and they really came through for us. They have an extra space that fit our whole group. The food was great, hot and came out quick. Matt our server was filling glasses and took great care of us. We really appreciate their great service.“
“When I say I would travel thousands of miles for this gravy I MEAN IT. I love this place, and am so upset I live farther than I used to. I highly recommend the country Benedict. This place is the definition of family owned and operated and they are all such great people. Could not recommend this place enough for a fantastic breakfast.“
“My Mom and I had a fantastic experience. We had a nearby appointment and told the hostess what time we needed to arrive. We made two simple orders, had a reasonable wait and paid our bill quickly. We had a lot of time to spare and we appreciate your help ?!Dietary restrictions: I ate a fruit bowl and sausage. I think the fruit was cantaloupe, honeydew ? melon and grapes ?. I'm sure the sausage was pork but I'm not very allergic to it.“
“I enjoy this local chain of restaurants. I went with a couple of friends for dinner. I arrived first and was seated fairly quickly even though my friends hadn't arrived yet.The service was very good and the employees were friendly and polite. They seemed short-handed, but everyone was hustling and provided great service regardless.I ordered a salad. It was okay. The lettuce was from a bag and wasn't as fresh as I hoped. The others I was with seemed to enjoy their meals. One ordered the Eggs Benedict and she said it was really good. The other ordered an omelet and enjoyed it. I should have ordered the Eggs Benedict. I will definitely order that next time. They serve breakfast all day. I know from experience that their breakfasts are very good.Prices are reasonable.Dietary restrictions: They will adjust items on the menu as requested. One of our diners had special requests and her meal arrived as ordered.“
