“Very friendly team and delicious pizza! I ordered my pizza online and was able to pick up in a timely manner despite how busy this location was at the time. I wish I had taken a picture of my pizza; it was built exactly as ordered, looked and tasted great. We will be back again!“

“I ordered the spicy chicken wing and thigh. Both are definitely worth going back for. I wasn't as big of fan of the sides, but I will still go back for the chicken. I live about 10 minutes away and the chicken was still crispy when I got home.

Wasn't a fan of the marinated vegetables as they were too sweet nor was I of the Monggo Beans & Rice.“

“The food is great. I called on my lunch to order . Multiple times got hung up on. Pick up then hang up. Then I go in to order and the kid taking orders did the same thing when people called. Not even very busy and he’s hanging up on customers calling to place an order. not cool. Might wanna let him know. But the place is great never had food I didn’t like“

“Such an incredible new Chinese place for north Seattle! Every dish we had was amazing. Mongolian beef with crispy rice noodles--perfect flavor. The sweet and sour pork was like nothing we've had before, and the pot stickers are clearly made from scratch on site, they taste soooo fresh. Best of all, the chef had just whipped up a bath of popcorn chicken with this amazing sweet/spicy seasoning, and let us try it to give our opinion on the new recipe. So good! Very high quality food, made fresh, and incredibly reasonable prices. (Most entrees I saw are $9-12.) And the owners are exceptionally kind and professional. This will be our go to when we are in the neighborhood.“

“The second you walk in you are greeted and given a table. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Placed my order and in less than 10 mins the food arrived. The staff were quick and polite the whole time, refilling my cup of water when it was halfway empty. The food was delicious and FRESH! If you’re not from Washington do expect to pay before getting your food. Loved eating here, will come back again.“

“I ordered on doordash for pickup, my food was hot & ready once I arrived not even 15 minutes after ordering- perfect, beautiful. However, there was only one person working the front end & they were absolutely busting their ass. My partner ordered a bubble tea once we arrived & it probably took 20ish minutes to actually receive it. I am in no way complaining about the length of time it took, more so wanting to bring to the owners attention how hard this person was being worked during what was an insanely busy dinner rush. Food was decent for the price & I would definitely come back. Shout out to the pink haired FOH worker for their patience & warmth during an insane rush of people slamming their phone in their face & demanding to be seen.“

“Not only is this pizza great, but their customer service consistently exceeding my expectations. They've provided pizza for our elementary school social events, and every interaction with Syed is perfectly lovely and easy. He truly values the local community and it shows! Another perk: they are able to take care of large orders on the same day (most places require 24-48hours notice) which has been a lifesaver for me.“

“Made an absolute mess of this table because it was absolutely amazing pizza highly recommend the service was A1 very attentive, and the food came out extremely quick. If you like hot pizza, do the dragon. I was really surprised when I got the bill as I was expecting to pay more for what we got but only $50 for the whole family to eat. Will be returning here.“

No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. The very first time I went there the food was amazing with zero complaints but after back to back issues with getting very little to no cheese I’ll never be back.“

“terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“

“Hey, it's Papa John's. You're here because it's cheap, it's usually pretty quick and the guys at this location never mess up the order.

This isn't a date night dinner for 2, this is what you get for the soccer team after school, when you need to stretch $50 for a week worth of meals or for when the boys are over for some couch co-op gaming.

Be like me and abuse that 2 for $6.99 deal. Probably the most cost effective option in Ballard short of eating nothing but instant noodles.“
