The food is delicious but the waitstaff is a bit distracted. They are super sweet and polite but it takes a while to get service. Another thing I don’t love is that the menu prices are different than what’s on your receipt. The system automatically adds tax to each item and then they subtotal it and tax you again plus tip. One of the stranger amalgamations of aesthetics I’ve encountered in a restaurant. With the abstract art and multiple fish tanks, it has the feel of a dentist office, save for the bejeweled seats and wine barrel elements of a boutique wine bar. Yet it continues to add to this, with country music and traditional American cafe fare, probably a reluctant choice for a gathering of old men for breakfast.
