I’m not sure if the problem at this Dairy Queen is that the speaker and microphone at the drive thru is horrible and needs to be replaced immediately or that the morale of the staff is so low that they all act like they could care less about customer service, but this is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to.

Worst service ever do not order or eat at this location the children are the kids working at this location
This is the third and last time I will buy any blizzards at Edmonds DQ. They do not turn the blizzards over because they are melted ice cream. And also they do not mix the ingredients. It is all at the top of the cup. They will not refund you if you complain. I bought 5 blizzards. They wanted to only replace one. The manager on duty said that was their policy. And the excuse they provided for the melted ice cream is that the machines get over worked. So why are they leading...read full review
