It’s a busy store but they are always friendly and pretty fast whether it’s the drive thru or lobby. I place a lot of pickup orders and they usually have them ready right away.
They don’t have a soda machine in the lobby but are always happy to get me a refill when I ask for one.
I have seen some customers being unkind to the employees, and they handle it with grace.
