Employees are always kind and courteous. Not giving under 5 stars because that wouldn't be fair to the hard working employees, but the prices are just ridiculous now. I didn't look too hard but remembered seeing combos at $16.99 for burger, small fry, small drink. I feel like a real restaurant would be better quality and cheaper.
High prices for low quality. This place has been getting more and more expensive, and only occasionally has the food been what I expected. Soggy fries and stale burger buns aren't cutting it, especially not at these prices. Apparently you can't even get a single sauce packet with a combo meal anymore either, gotta pay extra.I will say that the guy at the drive through was friendly and gave decent service. But I'll have to forget about my last couple visits before I come back...read full review

The food is great but service is horrible. They had to do my sandwich 4 TIMES just to get it right. And after all that, they still put ham instead of bacon. No refund, nothing off, or anything. I'm not no Karen, but this service is really bad. It's tough because the food is so good but so expensive as well. I recommend for the food, but you'll probably get a different order than you asked for.
