0/5 StarsWent to this jack in the box today 4/14/24 and got the worst Experience ever currently 9 months pregnant and was going to order food to dine in, and went in a party of 5 of us and a security guard so a total of 6 ( which the security guard was super nice) (not jack in the box security)we all went inside at the same time and I needed to use the restroom before I ordered my food, the security guard Asked since he saw that I was pregnant asked the employee (Mexican male) there if he can get the bathroom key so I can use the restroom , mind you the employee was just standing in the middle of the floor not doing anything he ignored the question, so we waited for a little bit and then I really need to use the restroom and the security guard asked for a second time the male employee was super rude and yelled at all of us saying “Can’t you see I am busy?”first of all don’t be yelling at us, how are you busy? You’re not even doing anything or talking to anybody? we were standing there for a little bit, didn’t even say I will be with you guys shortly, not even a welcome in was said second of all you ignore the fact that we asked a question third you yell at us when you were not even talking to anybody or with another customer you were just standing there doing nothing. You hade the music loud enough aswell. You just yelled at customers that were never being disrespectful or anything was just trying to have a meal but what did you do you just yelled at all of us for no damn reason, what did we say? That’s not how you talk to Customers and more to a pregnant woman that needed to use the bathroom and you didn’t allow to use the restroom when asked politely to use it. NEVER EVER Do this to another Pregnant Woman. NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN. You guys need new employees or Managements

The food is great but service is horrible. They had to do my sandwich 4 TIMES just to get it right. And after all that, they still put ham instead of bacon. No refund, nothing off, or anything. I'm not no Karen, but this service is really bad. It's tough because the food is so good but so expensive as well. I recommend for the food, but you'll probably get a different order than you asked for.

The drive through worker was so rude, i was checking my order(which they got wrong glad i checked) and he opened the window again and asked me to move when I said give me a second he said “oh my god no” then when my order was wrong he just closed the window and wouldn’t help, crazyyyy ever other employee here has always been so

Employees are always kind and courteous. Not giving under 5 stars because that wouldn't be fair to the hard working employees, but the prices are just ridiculous now. I didn't look too hard but remembered seeing combos at $16.99 for burger, small fry, small drink. I feel like a real restaurant would be better quality and cheaper.

It's Jack in the Box, let's be real here: my expectations were very low to begin with. I was at least expecting edible food. I paid $10 for one of their fancier chicken sandwiches thinking maybe it would be decent. It was overcooked to the point that it was extremely crunchy, tough, and chewier than beef jerky. It difficult to eat and kind of gross. I'm usually a stickler for not wasting food. I couldn't do it. It wasn't food anymore.

Store hours are a joke. Never open during early day or late night when their hours are clearly posted. Waited 20 minutes on an order for 1 burger...1BURGER! They told me to wait on the side of the store and I see nothing but 3 cars behind me receive their orders. Don't go to this location and certaintly dont go to the location on Airport road: its ridden with homeless people and the staff cant understand you because they mostly speak Spanish. Jack in the box just sucks after all of the years I grew up eating their food since I was a kid in the 90s. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service in this country. Smh
