The prices on par with most other places. There is a wide variety of foods. There are several disability parking spot. And amazingly enough the gal at the register ask if my full time wheelchair using daughter want to stay in her or sit in a booth. This woman being a stranger definitely put a smile on my daughter's face with her consideration!!! Amazing

I ordered through Uber Eats. The Eggs Benedict was good and flavorful, but unfortunately the hash browns were extremely burnt, leaving a bitter taste and making them difficult to eat. It was disappointing because the rest of the meal had potential. Overall, it felt like the order was rushed and could have used more attention to quality before being sent out.

Family Pancake House in Edmonds feels like home. Reminds of places I grew up with in Minnesota. 80% of the me I is breakfast items. The rest is lunch and dinner... Breakfast for dinner is always good. Service is fast and friendly. Food was perfect. Ham Eggs, Sausage, Blueberry pancakes. This will be on my regular rotation of places in Edmonds.
