Sunday brunch at Fire & the Feast is where it's at! Try the Dutch Baby, I had the apple one and it was so delicious (just note that it takes a little extra time to cook). Amazing and attentive service, if you come for Sunday brunch I recommend making a reservation as they are busy (but still provide excellent service).

This was a lovely place for brunch and everything was delicious and everyone was so helpful and polite. The restaurant was a little on the chilly side, but it didn't detract from the lovely meal.

Very good Italian food. Good location in Edmonds -- a moderate walk to the Edmonds Center for the Performing Arts. We were at Fire and the Feast with friends before a concert at ECPA.

Our server Lane, was very attentive and pleasant! The meatball appetizer on creamy polenta was the favorite dish. I had Caesar salad which was overdressed. Next time, I will request easy or on the side for dressing. Cacio e Pepe and pizza fab as well as truffle fries and rigatoni. Great outing for my family.

WoW! Delicious food, great customer service, and excellent wine choices. Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Parking was a bit of a challenge but overall, everything about Fire & The Feast made up for it. Yes, my husband and I will return again...with friends this time.

We went here for the birthday the 2nd year in a row, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food and drinks were 10/10 (highly recommended the butternut squash ravioli) and our server Braeden was incredible. Seriously, he is a phenomenal ambassador of the restaurant and deserves any potential raise that can be offered. I already can't wait for my birthday and are planning an earlier visit next year.

Fire and the Feast has consistently excellent food and great service. Best brunch in Edmonds. It's popular so make a reservation.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. It's nice restaurant with god food. The foods and their descriptions definitely demonstrate that care goes into preparing them. There were two small drawbacks for me, only. My family doesn't have eating restrictions. My daughter is picky but she likes cheese pizza, so the kid's menu was perfect for her. My husband got pasta with a meaty tomato sauce, my mother in law got manicotti, and my father in law got the same as my husband (they each had meatballs, on their pasta, as well). They all raved about their food. All 4 loved their meals. I am vegan and chose this restaurant for its vegan menu. I'm glad I mentioned it to the server because the vegan food is not featured on the regular menu. I settled on the vegan truffle mushroom pizza. When the food came, I was served the truffle mushroom risotto. I'm not a fan of risotto, so I spoke up. They fixes the mistake immediately, allowed me to keep the risotto (from which I ate the mushrooms), sent a manager out to apologize, and brought my pizza within about 10 minutes. I enjoyed the pizza much more than I would have enjoyed risotto. However, my observation is that the mushrooms were far too salty. This is a common fracture of vegan food, I think. The pizza was good but would have been better with a little less salt. The server presented us with a small birthday cannoli for my husband and a bowl of sorbet to celebrate our anniversary. That was very sweet. It's not cheap but I felt they clearly made an effort to rectify the mistake with my order and to make our evening a special one. I'd celebrate an event here again. It's definitely a special occasion kind of place.

Every dish from our appetizer to dessert was amazing with reasonably generous proportions for a nicer establishment. Short rib is worth the hype and the pistacio gelato was top tier.

A Flawed Dining Experience with Redeeming Flavors: 3 out of 5 stars

Fire & Feast presents a polished, modern Italian setting ideal for date nights or late dinners. The interior exudes warmth with its soft lighting and elegant finishes, and when we arrived, several tables were available—making it all the more puzzling that we were greeted with hesitation rather than hospitality.

The restaurant’s culinary roots are well-grounded in Italian tradition. The pasta dishes were executed beautifully, with flavors that spoke of care and technique. There’s a clear sense that the kitchen knows what it’s doing, and the food alone could easily compete with some of Seattle’s better Italian spots.

Flavor: 4.5/5
The pastas were rich, balanced, and perfectly al dente—a highlight of the evening. Every bite reflected the chef’s precision and attention to texture and sauce pairing. The wine selection, while thoughtfully curated, fell short in execution as our server struggled to explain or recommend specific pairings.

This is where the experience faltered. Despite an empty dining room, we were met by a hostess who questioned our lack of reservation and appeared reluctant to seat us. Our server, though polite, lacked warmth and engagement—offering minimal introduction and little enthusiasm. The interaction felt transactional rather than inviting, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable meal.

Cost: 3.5/5
Given the quality of the dishes, the prices felt fair, but the service experience did not match the standard the restaurant’s pricing suggests. I still tipped 20% out of respect for the staff, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy diminished the overall value.

Verdict:
Fire & Feast delivers on its name when it comes to food—flavorful, satisfying, and true to Italian essence. However, the front-of-house experience desperately needs refinement. Hospitality should feel as generous as the portions; until that improves, the restaurant will remain a place I might revisit for the pasta, but not for the welcome.

Two stars for food that was palatable. Our server, unfortunately, was exceptionally inattentive and seemed annoyed with us. There was no check in after the food arrived. She had someone else take our order. Two items came out with food allergens we had requested not be included. Overall, just a sub-par service and dining experience.

The high point was the excellent cocktails. We appreciated the patience of our server, too. We had several questions about the menu.
