Food - Loved the pizza. The best thing is that it can be customized to meet your needs. We had Margherita and Spicy Salscissa Pizza. Margherita was not quite as good as Salscissa. The level of service was outstanding. SHOUT OUT TO BRADY!!. He was very thorough in outlining the alternatives and customizing the experience for us. We were a party of six, so we were somewhat noisy, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and tolerant. Brady made sure we had enough room by checking in with us a few times and taking the initiative to pick up the empty plates. Will def go back again

I ate here for the first time as part of Seattle Restaurant Week and I was very happy with the dining experience!! I tried the asparagus, saffron risotto and rhubarb panna cotta, everything was delicious. The food was served hot to the table, and every person’s course was brought out at the same time. The servers we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back to eat here!

The ambiance was nice but the food was ok. The buratta was really good. Despite the pasta being delayed it arrived cold. It wasn't even hot. Made the experience less than desired. The waiter gave us a bit of a discount for that after complaining which was nice, but it would have been nicer if the food was prepared properly. I don't think I will be returning.

A solid 5 for this quaint Italian restaurant, nestled in the heart of downtown Edmonds. Allow extra time for typical downtown street parking, then get ready for your taste buds to soar! Flavorful with a twist, I will be back! Pros: - make a reservation, we arrived a tad early and were seated promptly. - super friendly host staff and personable wait staff. - besides the delicious everything, what stood out was the efficiency and perfectly timed experience. Not rushed and not a long wait for our food, and each course (bevs, starters, entrees) arrived in perfect timing. - our food (all very flavorful and beautiful) arrived HOT which was SO appreciated. Again, perfectly timed! Large portions. - saffron risotto is delicious! Flavorful and very very cheesy, some might love this, some not. The asparagus was fresh and crisp, with a complimentary crunch. I added prawns which were fresh and perfectly tender. I took half home. - the spicy prawn puttanesca bucatini noodles were chewier that I thought it should be but it went down just fine. Might choose something different next time but this is a flavorful, strong dish, packed with fresh prawns. - prosciutto burrata starter is flavorful and fresh! - pepperoni & Calabrian honey pizza- perfection! After trying this once while traveling, we've been on the hunt for a honey glazed pizza that's done right and finally found it! The crust was thin and so good- light but crispy , the pizza was fully decorated in pepperoni and the honey was perfectly glazed - not drenched, not soggy, and extremely flavorful. It took a lot of tries to find another that stacked up to our standards. Amazing!!! - a good Caesar salad is hard to find, this one nailed it. Has a strong vinegar flavor which makes for a good tang and the capers add a bite. Loved it! - (I noticed a lot of gluten free options/substitutions on the menu.) It was my birthday and they offered me free gelato, but I was too full to order it. Now I know to save room for next time!

We thought we'd try this again since first time wasn't great. Tried happy hour. Check in and service were very good, Drinks were good, especially the margarita with amaretto (odd but good.) Then went downhill a bit. $16 arugula and strawberry salad was hard to eat. Ingredients suggested it could be amazing but holy moly, the dressing (or pickled rhubarb?) was SO overbearing and tart it was rough going down. Kitchen - please take note! Meatballs on HH menu were tasty; petite portion. And speaking of petite, the HH lasagne, while a cute idea, had one piece of pasta and two small mozzarella balls. We were left wanting at least a little more. And I'm wondering if they should reconsider seating in the bar. All high tops that you have to climb up on and chairs that were shallow. I kept sliding off them. I'm agile; I wonder if this discourages a less limber population. I don't know, this restaurant is just not the caliber of Shubert's other properties,

Many years ago I came to this restaurant when it was Epulo, and a few nights ago I had a girl's night dinner and it's just as lovely with even better food! I love the ambiance (though can get quite noisy). The food was outstanding, and the happy hour makes it even more affordable. Great drinks, and overall excellent experience. I look forward to returning.

I had a gift certificate for here. My friend and I went in on a Sat afternoon about 4 and it was mostly empty. Hostess said they were full. Ummmm what? She said they are a "heavy reservation restaurant " Huh? So we agree to eat in the bar. She offers us the bar seating but there was an open 4 seater table I saw so I asked if we cld sit there. She agreed with much hesitation. Despite the lukewarm welcome the food was amazing. I had the beet salad and my friend had the Ceasar salad and we shared the Brussels sprouts they were delicious! I loved the Blackberry Cider I had was awesome!Parking: Plan on searching! Saturday is a busy day for downtown Edmonds.

A Feast Worthy of Flames! As I stepped into Fire & The Feast, I was greeted not just by the warm ambiance but also by the promise of a culinary journey. The focaccia bread arrived at our table as a soft, pillowy prelude to the symphony of flavors that awaited us.The Mushroom Salsiccia Pizza was a masterpiece, with each slice a testament to the chef's prowess in balancing the earthy tones of mushrooms with the zest of Italian sausage. The Pasta Bolognese was a comforting embrace, rich and hearty, transporting me to the rolling hills of Tuscany with every forkful. The service? Impeccable. The staff moved with the grace and efficiency of a well-rehearsed ballet, their knowledge of the menu and attentiveness adding a sparkle to the already stellar experience. And the drinks - oh, the drinks! Each cocktail was a vibrant splash of color and creativity, a perfect companion to the feast laid before us.In conclusion, Fire & The Feast is not just a meal; it's an experience - one that ignites the senses and warms the soul. I left with a belly full of joy and a heart eager to return.Bravo!

Came here for date night and absolutely loved everything! The service was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the espresso martinis were to die for.

Took my girlfriend on a random date night here and we had no regrets. The restaurant was nice and perfect for a romantic date night. The food was amazing. You can tell that the flavors leveraged fresh seasonal produce and elevated them to the max. Our waitress Claire was also just an absolute gem. Claire is what I'd call the perfect waitress... passionate about her work, she loved food, made fun and lighthearted conversations which made the meal all the better. 10/10 would recommend! Fun fact, several of the restaurants in Edmonds are part of the Feed Me Hospitality Restaurant group. Look up the different spots and try them out!

BEWARE. This place should have a warning posted on the door suggesting that only the deaf or hearing impaired should enter because the noise level is off the chart. We were seated next to a table of four ladies who were literally shout-talking at each other. At times my wife and I had to stop talking because we couldn`t hear each other. Finally took our dinner to go and went home. This a a pattern with the owner who also owns Salt and Iron in Edmonds, another extremely loud venue. Once and done.
