This place is stellar. Doesn’t matter what you get, everything is delicious. Also, the portion size fills you up and is totally worth the money. If you like smoked brisket and smoked pork, this is your place.
After trying most of the taco trucks around Edmonds and not being happy with the results, I ran into this delightful wagon of goodness. These are the best tacos I have eaten in Snohomish County, period. I tried the brisket taco and the shrimp taco and was very impressed. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, fresh condiments and veggies all nestled in a nice warm tortilla. I recommend this taco truck highly. I'm sold. I can't wait to go back and try the other meats. It was relatively busy for a weekday but also probably took 20min to get one taco and a burrito so if you order more than that. Order ahead! A little pricey in my opinion, but I was extremely satisfied. No tables or seating.
