This place is a hidden gem! Got the pork trotters & pork belly combo to share between three and were really impressed by the quality of the meat! It was not oily at all and was perfectly supple and tender. The waitress was very nice and would offer to refill our appetizers without us asking.
Jokbal tasted good. I think the portion of radish kimchi is little small and extra radish kimchi price is too high.
Soondae gukbab was rather disappointing. Sundae seemed not made in-house.

Kang's Jokbal is one of the best restaurants near Shoreline / Lynnwood that has an authentic, good quality + portion trotter. I will definitely come back when I visit Seattle again. Highly recommend.
