This charming little spot makes delicious food. They're pretty fast, consistent, and reasonably priced. The flavors and spice level are perfect, generous portioning, and open a bit later for takeout than other similar places. This is my new favorite Thai in the area, and they've got a new regular customer in me.

The Noodle Hut is a gem. It's easily my favorite Thai restaurant in the greater Seattle area. Love the unpretentious small business vibe, fresh ingredients and home cooked style of food. As someone who used to work back of house can't say how much I appreciate this place. Big shout out to the husband and wife who do what it takes to grind in this small space on the daily! I'll happily continue to drive out of my way to eat here if I'm craving Thai.

We came in right before closing, and the owner, Dunk, could not have been kinder. They still welcomed us in, sat us without making us feel rushed at all, and told us to take our time. The service was warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful from start to finish. To make it even sweeter, they topped off our Thai teas at the end for free. Little things like that really stand out. Such a kind, welcoming experience — we’ll definitely be back.
