Great food but the customer service could be better. It would be considerate and boost the customer’s experience if the employee taking orders didn’t pull out their cellphone while on the tipping screen.
Best poke I’ve ever had!!! Worth every penny!!! A must try. The staff and manager were all SO lovely. Every single person in the store was so friendly and kind and helpful when I was making my decision on which poke to try. Thank you Ono Poke!!!!
They were out of salmon right when it was our turn to order(we were in line maybe two hours after they opened on a Sunday) but I'd call ahead or order ahead if you're worried about that.
Portions are big. Fish quality is amazing. I'd add some of their sauces for take out if you like a bit more salt.
