“Stopped here randomly one night on the way home to Bellingham- what a treat! The person working was SO wonderfully accommodating with some food allergies and also was super kind to give enough food for both me and my partner to eat. The vibe was immaculate, super in love with the giant skeleton and the video games. It felt like home! 😆 Everything was super delicious.

“This is actually a Hawaiian food joint like they got colop pork and local style drinks and poke bowls and furikake seasoning. And it's set up kind of like a Subway where you can like make your own fit, your own toppings and all your sauces and seasonings. It's really good. I definitely check it out for a poke bowl place. They have a surprisingly large selection of fish and Hawaiian food.“

“IJ Sushi Burrito at Alderwood Mall is SO GOOD! 🍣🔥 I had such a great experience here! I ordered the California Roll with spicy mayo, and WOW, it tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. Every bite had so much flavor, and I loved how all the flavors came together at once. The crab was packed with flavor, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the spicy mayo added the perfect little kick.
The roll was fresh, satisfying, and beautifully put together. I’d honestly give it a 9.5/10! ⭐🍣
I also really liked how clean, organized, and well-kept the place was. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
If you're shopping at Alderwood Mall and looking for something fresh, flavorful, and filling, I definitely recommend stopping by IJ Sushi Burrito! The California Roll with spicy mayo is a MUST-TRY. I loved it and would absolutely come back again! ❤🍣“
