I love working so close to this restaurant, super delicious noodles. Sadly there was a fire in the strip mall and the restaurant is currently closed. I hope they are able to open again! Until then their noodles and soup will be missed.
BBQ Lamb Skewers, Lanzhou Beef Noodle, any of the Biang Biang dishes, and their minced stewed pork sandwiches are definitely my favorites. Try the garlic cucumber salad also. It tops everything off. Honestly try everything, eventually. These are just to get you started!Will mention that your noodle dishes are generous in portion as well. Come hungry!

There was a fire in the strip mall location and Qin xian noodles (as well as wonton noodle house) had to close down. I'm so sad!! Please come back! This is their GoFundMe. It was an arson fire.
