Shorepine's baristas have consistently been very kind, courteous, and helpful. Their food and coffee, however, has always been mediocre at best. Cups are often dirty, coffee comes out cold and food is carelessly prepared. Management appears, and feels rather inappropriate, and there's not much effort to provide a professional, and quality workplace for their employees or customers.

This company prioritizes its customers over its employees. Bad practice. Can't take care of others if you don't take care of your employees. Shame because I enjoyed coming here, but I cannot support that behavior coming from management.

Decided to stop here in the morning for a coffee on the way to the dog park. after 15min of waiting and being the only outdoor patron and with few inside. We asked how much longer and we're met with bad attitudes and sassy remarks of "were busy". Not wanting the drink any further due to the poor service, asked for a refund and were refused, persisted and told them we don't want the drink any further and to issue a refund. Was told they don't know how to do that and can't, finally the other girl with glasses and a mask walks over, hands us the receipt, slams the window shut and says, "cunt" to my fiancee. Unacceptable behavior and service!

I can not believe the experience I had at Shore Pine today. I ordered a 16 ounce iced Americano. It was $5.30. When I got it the drink was very light colored and I asked how many shots were in it. I was told two. It looked like one. I asked how much another shot would be. I was told $1.66 before tax. What?? A triple Americano is $7.00!!! Ridiculous. The staff was incredibly rude to me. I also ordered two pastries and another coffee. It was over $30

First coffee I had in the area. Gorgeous location and friendly, efficient staff. There was a slight issue with the self-order kiosk, but when I brought it to their attention the fixed it right away.

I think the service is much better when you go inside the cafe, but I almost always have my dog when I'm at the waterfront, so I use the window. I get the distinct impression the baristas don't like using the window, and it shows in the level of service. Good coffee and pastries, though.

Definitely a new favorite spot. Lots of food and drink options. Vegan to carnivore friendly. Plenty of indoor seating, bathrooms and water bottle refill available. Parking was easy and it's right along the water and a walking trail. Will be back!

Such a cute coffee and quick bite place in the community center, with seating both in and out overlooking the water and ferry. Will be back, both for chai and their pastries!
