While my coffee was excellent, it was disappointing to see how dirty the store was. Garbage was filled to the rim and a customer was pushing it down so she could throw away her used cup. Tables had not been cleaned. Crumbs on the floor. Discarded items like cup sleeves, napkins, and stopped were on some of the tables. There seems to be plenty of staff there. I have never seen this location in this condition. This was on Friday, Nov 11 around 3 pm.
