Their seasonal caprese salad was delicious, though missing a balsamic glaze.
We love Pagliacci pizza and it is always delicious, fun flavor combinations, great crust, yummy ingredients. Today we went in to eat, a young man Alex helped us and after seeing we were a foster family with a coupon we used he spoke to his manager who generously gave back our slice coupons to use again. Every employee was very kind and the service was quick even though they had to make a new cheese pizza. Highly recommend the Edmonds location.
Full disclosure: I'm a NY pizza snob. Pagliacci pizza is my all-time favorite pizza outside NYC and the Edmonds location of Pagliacci is my all-time favorite branch.
