Subway in Edmonds

“Ordered online on subway app, my kid wanted chocolate milk so I added it to my order went to pick up my order and I checked my order upon arrival and they just threw in normal milk. Didn't mention anything about it before I discovered it. Just said sorry all we have is reg milk. Didnt offer any discounts or to swap it out for something else.“

“I'm writing this as we're at Subway because I'm so incredibly impressed with the most amazingly kind woman who helped us with our order today. Her name is Christina and she took the time to look us in the eyes and connect with my granddaughter and I and explain the options as this was her first experience at this restaurant. It's rare to run into people this genuinely kind. I hope the owners know what an absolute gem of an employee they have. The restaurant was emaculately clean, in fact I've never seen another this clean and she made the perfect sandwich. I will most definitely be returning with my granddaughter in the near future.
