“Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway! The staff was very friendly, fast, and respectful. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the food was fresh and delicious. My sandwich was made perfectly with great attention to detail. Customer service was outstanding and made me feel welcomed. “Drove by this subway wasn't thinking about a cold sandwich, then my stomach spoke for the final approval. Glad I listened to old hungry. Went in the restaurant a very nice lady helped me, She made my sandwich with all the ingredients I asked for. Yummy 🤤

With everything I asked for the price was 26.45 gave her a 40 mentioned keep the change, sat down to eat she came up said the tip is to much mentioned you all deserve.

“Gal running the joint is running it like a non-American train. By that I mean on time! My custom sandwich was perfect. I got nice service and left a tip cause she working hard! Restaurant was clean, restroom was clean and my sandwich was clean yo!“

“I really like coming here. I pick up stuff for myself and coworkers. It’s about 70% great but I’ll pick up a nacho and it clearly says onions and tomatoes with no jalepeno. No jalepeno as requested but neither a single bit of tomato or onion either which come by default. Well not sure who is making these but it’s probably a new person I guess? They need to read the orders. Having 3 tiny slices of black olive on a foot long is not ‘more olives.’ I come here a LOT and I tip but not sure why this kinda stuff keeps happening here.“

We were out for a Sunday stroll with our dog when we saw this Subway and for some reason we decided to stop. There is two other Subways that are closer to us, but because of the friendly smile and excellent attitude Rosa gave us, we will now continue to walk past the other shops.

“Usually don’t eat subway, but this place might have changed my mind to give them another try! The crew was super inviting and the food was fresh! I think I talked to the owner and he was super chill! Next time I’m hungry and in the area, I will certainly stop by again for a sub!“

“I discovered this place as a nearby stop after my physical therapy. It's great when you are participating building your own sub and this place has an especially warm and friendly crew and atmosphere. A little oasis in a recovering community.“

“There are two other Subway locations closer to me. I will go out of my way to go to this location. I have been to this Subway now 4 times to pick up lunch. The difference in the prepped veggies is night and day. If you order online you can apply any and all available coupons and your order is waiting when you get there.“

“One of the best subways ever. The worker didn't ask any annoying questions and had a great memory on what I asked for on the sandwich when he asked the first time... Some workers bother me with idle chit chat sometimes trying to milk a tip outta me. This guy made and served me a perfect breakfast sandwich and had me out the door just like I wanted in record time, to be on time for my bus. Thanks subway dude!!“

“I've been to many subways over the years and this one, I've been to over 30 times and have never had a bad sandwich. Since you can see them making your sandwich, you can quickly catch them if they get something wrong. This location is not very busy, usually which is super helpful cause subway lines can get out of control. I think it's just the location causing the slow customers. The only thing I'd suggest they do better, is their drink selection. They have a cooler with bottled drinks but only a few fountain options. Overall great store!“

“I always have a great experience at this Subway, and Cipriana made today’s visit exceptional. Even though the staff had just finished a long lunchtime rush, she greeted me with a smile, a positive attitude, and handled my order with care. The sandwich was perfect. It’s hard to find this level of service at fast food restaurants, but this location seems to nail it every time!“

“I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. The employees are courteous and competent - I don’t expect them to kiss my toes and weep from gratitude just because I ordered a sandwich.

The sandwich person was polite, my order was correct, and the amount of meat and veggies was correct. As I ate my sandwich, someone came in barking orders at him and shoving a phone in his face - if the employees here don’t seem overly cheerful, that’s your reason why. Even then, he was immaculately polite and treated them with far more courtesy and patience than I think most people would have.

The store is very clean, like “you could eat off the floor” clean. I never thought I would say that about a fast food place, much less in Seattle. The bathroom was clean and stocked.

The piped in generic pop music was awful, though.“

“I enjoyed this place. I am not a regular at Subway but this place made me reconsider this. The only thing I did noy like was that there was a homesless man loitering in the parking lot, but I guess that's more of a city problem than this particular location“

“Went on a Sunday night and found the “meal of the day” meal to be very affordable. The woman at the counter was quick, friendly, and diligently followed health code protocol. The bread is slightly stale, but you can only expect so much from Subway. Overall a good experience.“

“I haven't visited a Subway is years, but this location is down the street from my work site and I've been getting around on foot.
Service was good, male employee helped me with patience as I wasn't exactly sure what to order. The price was fair for a footlong. My only complaints are the portion size of the meats & the following day I returned to try another sandwich with new sauces and my stomach was aching of pain shortly after eating the first half of the sandwich. Not sure the cause but hoping all the ingredients are as fresh as they promote!
Good luck with parking you are better off on foot, lime bike/scooter or Uber/lyft.“

It was in a homelessness area but was affordable and when I asked to use the bathroom the girl.working let me because I had to go so bad. They handed me my sub, an online order with many toppings and sauce and extra choices, with a smile on their face, did everything right, and it was a great subway sub. “It’s a fast food restaurant that serves exactly what you expect, prices are better then any other subway downtown, they stopped given out water cups because soda was being stolen, had to even put the chips behind the counter because of theft. They don’t take coupons anymore because subway Corporation does not pay the business back, and let’s be honest, most people only show up with a coupon and will never come without one. “This Subway has accepted coupons over the last year, maybe more. And they do the Meal of the Day. Not all Subway locations do these things. But, this one does! It is Subway, so not the most creative sandwiches. They are fine, though. If eating in rather than takeout, place is fine. For a Subway location, overall 4 stars.“
