I ordered online on 4/29 and then when I came to pick up my food, the door was locked even though the sign said that they were open and there was no workers inside. I tried knocking on the door and called then 8 times but they didn't pick up so I went home and didn't get my food but I already paid for my food.I came back on 5/2 in the morning and saw a Asian lady and told her about what happened and showed her the phone calls that wasn't answered, at first she didn't want to help...read full review
Hi! I just wanted to give a glowing review for the employee working 04/07/23 at 5pm at the Subway by Harborview. I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was busy, but she had a great attitude and took everything in stride. When it was my turn she helped me come up with a plan for a sandwich that turned out to be so delicious. I hadn't been to a Subway in many years, but I'll be back for this sandwich, and I hope to be helped by her again!

Don’t do an online order I asked for extra but they did the opposite completely skimped on both of our sandwiches. Rude customer service too she threw the bag at me when I went in to pick it up.
