I ordered online on 4/29 and then when I came to pick up my food, the door was locked even though the sign said that they were open and there was no workers inside. I tried knocking on the door and called then 8 times but they didn't pick up so I went home and didn't get my food but I already paid for my food.I came back on 5/2 in the morning and saw a Asian lady and told her about what happened and showed her the phone calls that wasn't answered, at first she didn't want to help with what happened on 4/29 then she said she would make me the sandwich that I ordered but didn't receive when she started making the sandwiches she stopped and offered me a gift card. When I took it, she yelled at me and started cussing at me, when I left the store she followed me out and kept cussing at me. Just be careful when you guys order online at this store. Bad customer service and never coming back. If there was a 0 star option, I would picked it..

Hi! I just wanted to give a glowing review for the employee working 04/07/23 at 5pm at the Subway by Harborview. I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was busy, but she had a great attitude and took everything in stride. When it was my turn she helped me come up with a plan for a sandwich that turned out to be so delicious. I hadn't been to a Subway in many years, but I'll be back for this sandwich, and I hope to be helped by her again!

DO NOT go to this place unless you plan on not getting what you're asking for. All I wanted was some extra veggies and instead the lady just wanted to argue and even showed me the formula chart. I was a manager for Subway for over 3 years. Yes we go by the formula chart, but when a customer wants more veggies we give it to them. It was a veggie sandwich so it lacks anything filling more veggies is always nice. I wanted more then 3 onions at a time..I think I got 9 slices total after her poor customer service skills and having to ask for the gentleman to help me instead as she walked off saying she was going to charge me for more veggies.. never again at this location.

I ordered The Great Garlic. I was expecting " crispy bacon" . What I got was uncooked bacon. I went to return it. The one who i think is the manager started arguing that it is how it is supposed to be. Uncooked. I tried to show him the description. And picture from Subway website - where you can see clearly the bacon is cooked and crispy..Really bad experience all around.

This subway is horrible if you can go to a different one then definitely do it. Odds are this one won't even be open. They need to permanently close this location.
