I just wanted to share - I went in there to clarify an order from DoorDash and found the lady behind the counter there was working very hard and professionally, staying on top of absolutely everything. She was unfortunately working solo, even though so much was going on. Despite how hectic things were, she took the time to go over my order patiently and happily. I was very impressed. Please give her a raise!
I ordered delivery through uber eats. When I received my food, I got the wrong cookie. I selected the peppermint footlong cookie, but received the regular chocolate chip footlong cookie. When I ate my wrap, it was super messy. The food was all over the place and wasn’t properly prepared. My hands were messy and the food fell everywhere.
Ordered online on subway app, my kid wanted chocolate milk so I added it to my order went to pick up my order and I checked my order upon arrival and they just threw in normal milk. Didn't mention anything about it before I discovered it. Just said sorry all we have is reg milk. Didnt offer any discounts or to swap it out for something else.
