The only place around the north end for good dim sum period. The carts are full and food was hot. I enjoy the ability to not have to drive to Seattle.

Very few carts of them. I’m going around. Have to wait. Very long times to get food. Food and mediocre at best. No point in going back.

I used to really like this place. I went last night and bathroom was a complete horror show. The single toilet was full, clogged, and had overflowed over the floor. A piece of paper on the stall had "out of order" scrawled on it. The urinal was accessible, but the floor was covered in poopy toilet water and a weak attempt to clean the mess with paper towels. Worst of all the sink was broken, with another sign on the mirror saying "Sink broken"! Sitting next to it useless was a giant pump bottle of shower gel, the only soap in sight. I was told this was the only bathroom. How are staff washing hands??? The staff were also calm and lounging, watching TV apparently unconcerned with the situation. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like if this wasn't concerning.

Hyper authentic Chinese food. Strongly suggest bringing along a native Chinese friend for a good spread of authentic dishes. No orange chicken here.

This is a very common and popular Chinese restaurant, specially for dim sum. It's pretty good, but I think it's a little pricey. Been here several times, mostly for lunch/dim sum.

This has become a Christmas Eve tradition for our family because we can bring our entire family. The food is always delicious, the service is very prompt and you get TONS of food!Vegetarian options: You can male almost every dish vegetarian but there are many options. 2 of our kids are vegan and 1 is lactose intolerant and they have tons to choose from to accommodate all of them.Parking: Huge large open parking lot!Kid-friendliness: Very easy to add your little kids with so much food to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one floor with no stairs so easy to get in and out.

Our party of 5 came for Christmas Dim Sum. Was worried about the reviews but our experience far exceeded expectations. They seated us quickly. Food was so good, very typical of other Dim Sum I’ve had previously and quite a variety. They had the baked cart, fried cart, and a cart with walnut shrimp and noodles. When we asked for specific items like custard buns they knew exactly where it would be or went and grabbed some for us.Pretty spacious atmosphere and you don’t feel rushed at all. Service was excellent. All of the family was satisfied when we left. Will be back.

On more than one occasion they missed dim sum dishes of our orders. Each time, the missing item was not on the receipt was not charged so they say. However, they do not itemized receipts so I have no way to tell if they are telling the truth. At the very least they are bad at taking orders... On the worst case they charge more than necessary and just tell us there is no missing dishes on the order.
