Staff is better, food isnt messed up as often as it used to be. The biggest problem is all of the employees parking in the very small parking lot. There is no parking for customers when all of the employees are parked in the parking lot. Employees should be parking elsewhere

Rude to Grubhub drivers.
I ordered through the drive-thru and they have missed quite a few of my items. And this isn’t the only time. It’s every time that I go with my nephew, and we usually go around 8 or 9PM. They’re negligent on making sure all the product is in the bag, which is why I have to double check it when I get my order. This obviously does not apply to every location, just this specific one in Edmonds.

I have been to this taco bell many times. I have only had a problem here once, but I am pretty sure some crazy stuff happened before I got here that day, so I will give them a pass.

Drive thru order- ordering was a nightmare. Could not get her to get the order right and finally drove up to the window and told her slowly and calmly what I wanted. She said she understood but after I drove away I had to catch a ferry so I checked my food as soon as I got there. The items I had ordered and paid extra for add one had nothing on them but barely the items that it comes with without the add ons. They didn’t give me a receipt so I have no proof. I called but no one answered. If you hire people who can’t understand English and don’t have the ability to take and fill accurate orders you won’t get my business and I believe there’s a lot more people that will follow. We have a lot more choices these days!

Everytime I stop here on my way home to the ferry my order is completely off. Everytime I order a cantina bowl with ground beef and a side of ranch...this time it was chicken (the seasoning on the chicken makes my throat swell) and warm ranch all over the top. Guess it was good for dog food.

This is one of the best taco bell locations. My order is usually correct but even if there is a mistake, the employees fix it right away when you bring it to their attention.
