I have been to this taco bell many times. I have only had a problem here once, but I am pretty sure some crazy stuff happened before I got here that day, so I will give them a pass.

Drive thru order- ordering was a nightmare. Could not get her to get the order right and finally drove up to the window and told her slowly and calmly what I wanted. She said she understood but after I drove away I had to catch a ferry so I checked my food as soon as I got there. The items I had ordered and paid extra for add one had nothing on them but barely the items that it comes with without the add ons. They didn’t give me a receipt so I have no proof. I called but no one answered. If you hire people who can’t understand English and don’t have the ability to take and fill accurate orders you won’t get my business and I believe there’s a lot more people that will follow. We have a lot more choices these days!

Everytime I stop here on my way home to the ferry my order is completely off. Everytime I order a cantina bowl with ground beef and a side of ranch...this time it was chicken (the seasoning on the chicken makes my throat swell) and warm ranch all over the top. Guess it was good for dog food.

This is one of the best taco bell locations. My order is usually correct but even if there is a mistake, the employees fix it right away when you bring it to their attention.

Love the food here! Crispy Cantina Chicken tacos are my all time favorite! I like that the staff here will hook it up with a little something no big deal like a free freeze drink upgrade.
I regret ordering from here as this location straight up hates its customers.
I guess I've been lucky so far in placing mobile app orders at various Taco Bell's throughout the state and getting consistent quality and portions and the luck ran out at this particular Taco Bell. We ate the other items in the car and think the Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch had only 25% beef and mostly produce. I feel bad for the people who can't place an order at the Everett, Lynnwood, Bothell, Kirkland, and other locations because this place absolutely sucks.

Please dont think this is authentic Mexican food. If you don't care about that, you are super hungry and can't find actually healthy food nearby, then you may find something to satiate you quickly and usually fast, friendly service to boot.

I counted 9 cars that ordered their food and received it before you gave me my DoorDash delivery order, even after I showed the clown manager with glasses who don't like drivers that don't look like him. Driving 6 miles after counting 9 cars, 4 delivery drivers take their orders, and the manager treating you like you're not a person is cruel and expensive. The store will pay.

door dash driver stole my order so I called and they said they'd remake it. so I head down and have to stand by the counter for almost 10 minutes before I'm helped. explained who I was and they remade the order pronto.
The staff late here all needs to be fired, the worst most service and refused to serve me multiple times for no reason. Failure of an establishment design to automated some old person who does not care about their franchise income. Disappointing and despicable
