Ate an early dinner at Trio food truck and had the steak Cesear tacos which were pretty amazing and my partner had the steak frites. I have a hard time finding places that actually cook steak to medium rare (usually places always over cook it) and this place didn't disappoint and I actually got medium rare. Their menu is very small which is great for someone like me that has a hard time making up my mind on what to order. There was also no shortage of garlic in my tacos....
Ate here while visiting Edway Taphouse. We tried everything and it was all delicious. Steak cooked perfectly Medium, and very tender. Caesar salad was out of this world good, the crouton was more like a buttery garlicky crunch on top than salady type croutons, unexpected and so yummy. Fries were crisp and the trio of dips is worth trying.

The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly medium rare! Fries were top tier: so crispy yet fluffy, and perfectly salty! Caesar salad was made with fresh and crisp romaine and the dressing was amazingly potent and garlicky. Also, the bread crumbs were delightfully crunchy and obviously homemade! Oh and the garlic aioli was so good!
