At Ellensburg Casta Co. you will be met by friendly staff that greet you. The staff will bring you freshly baked bread fresh garlic to spread on it which is delicious. The menu is nice sized but not overwhelming. They feature a gluten-free menu as well. The pasta sauce is a deep red and nice and thick and a little on the sweet side of sauces. The pasta is cooked perfectly. The parking is on the street as well.

Enjoyed the artichoke pasta with GF noodles. Vegans - ask for GF noodles, the house-made pasta has eggs. 3 or 4 non-salad options for vegans. Server mentioned more vegan options are on the way

I come from a large city ..so this was tough.
The space is a little cramped. Waited for a bit to have order taken. Bruschetta was AMAZING! I ordered spaghetti marinera with meatballs - watery and no taste to the sauce. Meatballs were not very appetizing either.
