“My husband and I stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. We were both blown away by how fantastic the customer service was at this location. We enjoyed our food too.

Before we left, we spoke with the general manager and let him know how good the customer service is. We would be honored to stop here again at some point.“

“After a disappointing experience at the Arby's in North Bend last year due to poor cleanliness and service, I was hesitant to visit another Arby's. However, I decided to stop by the one in Ellensburg just off the freeway, and I’m glad I did. The place is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and the sandwich was as delicious as expected from Arby's. I highly recommend this location. Plus, there's a gas station at the same location with prices that are typically significantly better than those outside the city.“
