“I like doing here a lot good food there fast always on time with my delivery pick up. There cookies are soft are perfect the only reason I give a 4 is the app.. I can't Oder breakfast when they have breakfast? Does that make sense? And prices (for corporate) come on subway that's a lot for a sandwich tbh“
“The staff of 2 was VERY overworked! They were so short staffed, but they did everything they could to keep the place running. Kudos to those two young men. They had to shut down one door to funnel customers in the main door and still stake care of the drive thru. Eventually they were so bombarded by customers they had to shut both doors and simply do the drive thru only. I respect these employees, they did what they could and they both deserve a raise.“
“My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed their KFC dinner in Toppenish. My brother accidentally left his wallet and phone on the counter before departing. The KFC Manager, Mariana, was absolutely remarkable! She set the wallet and phone aside for safekeeping and, in a genius move, texted us as the most recent people who had texted my brother’s phone. We were able to retrieve his belongings and it was a great pleasure to meet Mariana! She is a wonderful human and heroine. We will look forward to future KFC visits while appreciating Mariana’s integrity, outstanding service, and her gracious act of kindness!“
“We didn't want to use the kiosk, so we stood at the counter. Several associates walked past and went on to other things. They must have thought we were waiting for dmfood but didn't ask. Finally we ordered. Our # was table 20, but when brought out the ticket said table #2, so she looked around until I flagged her down. The McMufgin is ALWAYS tasty, that and Fish Filet are my favorites. BUT.. the coffee was BITTER. Even two sweeteners snd two creamers didn't help. Will not order coffee but stick with orange juice. ? This will not stop me from ordering and eating there. I don't go to that store very often. Happened to be in Toppenish for a bit, so I stopped. McDonald's is a great place for a meal, especially breakfast!“
“A yummy treat that is perhaps a little over priced. Fresh ingredients and usually great service. One of the downfalls is with the app,if you do not have your card available they will not use the coupons in the app. Sad face!Parking: A good amount of space if and when it's available.“
“This last visit was better than my visit before. I've seen some improvements in the food and customer service. I appreciate the people involved in making my order taste good and ended with an employee smiling and saying "enjoy your meal ?". That has never happened before from any employee. “Typical McDonald's. Food is good, but greasy. I really wish they would press their patties, so you wouldn't get grease running down your hand. I actually took quite a long break from McDonald's because of that. It really grossed me out to have grease running down my arm. So I generally stay away from the hamburgers, and stick with the chicken sandwiches. The fries are phenomenal, the best around in my opinion. Though I do like the way Burger King's fries are thicker, but all around, the McDonald's fries are phenomenal, when they are hot, crispy, and salty. There's nothing more disappointing than when you get a value meal, and the fries are lukewarm or cold. That's a big bummer. So I usually order them with no salt so I get a fresh batch and then add my own salt. That ensures getting hot and crispy fries, then you just make them salty.“
“I really like the tacos here but unfortunately the drive thru service is hit and miss at about 60% okay and 40% wrong. White onions are pungent and can completely permeate the dish. This can ruin the dining experience for those who put confidence in getting what they ordered and getting what the workers decide. I'd rather wait longer for a correct order than get a rushed half service attempt. I really hope that the owner sees this.“
