“Had such a great experience, atmosphere was nice. everyone was so friendly. we had the margarita flight, it's worth getting but not to share (too good)worth getting. Food was delicious, sauces and ingredients were on point. It was my first time and some of the reviews made me question going but the Karen's that left bad reviews just to be mean must have had a bad day. Give this new establishment a try. “A friend I work with took me here my first time, and I'm hooked. Today I went alone, and got fresh tortillas from blue sky market, and barely made the cut before they sold out of carnitas. Its busy, and when you dig in you'll see why. I topped mine with a spicy pico salsa, and it was the best carnitas I've ever had. Whoever is responsible for that perfectly cooked pork is truly a Genius. You taste the quality of the meat, and the perfection in their process; not a ton of salt or seasonings, just pure perfect porky goodness! I Pray their business is blessed, and profitable for many generations. I'll be back often!*Edit- I called in an order today, and it was ready when I got there. I was given a sample; which worked out because I had hot tortillas waiting in the car! I tried the salsa today, and it's perfect. It's a must get! “I’ve been wanting to try her food. So couple of my coworkers and I ordered her asada burrito and her bacon breakfast burritos and omg super delicious . Everything was good down to her authentic salsa verde. Everything was still hot on arrival. All 8 of us where we’re happy with our orders . Will definitely buy again. “I take all gringo taco reviews with a grain of salt, and yes I'm a gringo. But I'm a fat kid with a refined palate and an addiction to tacos, and after extensive taco testing throughout my life and a desire to find the Columbia basin's best taco, I have found these ones to be peerless. The tortilla to meat ratio is perfect and they are so fresh and so flavorful and so moist and with such a perfect balance of cilantro and onion. The hot sauces... The avocado green sauce is the best one I've ever had and the red sauce is so flavorful and intricately spiced that it perfectly complements the Cabeza and Asada tacos. I'm actually blown away by this place. It doesn't even have an address. Yelp can get you close. I will be making the 120 mile round-trip next week to try other things on the menu and to take home tacos. The owner, who is cool, told me that people take these tacos with them back to Mexico. Mic drop.“
